Audit & Process

Most organisations don't know what they're overpaying for, where their compliance gaps are, or which vendors are underperforming. We do. Our audit framework identifies it all and delivers a clear action plan.

What an operational audit covers

Contract staffWage registers, PF and ESIC payment proof, contract labour licences and registers
Pest controlTreatment schedule and certificates, especially for pantries and food areas

Finding savings without cutting service

Facility costs creep up through small, unnoticed decisions: contracts renewed without benchmarking, overlapping vendors, service levels with no penalties applied, and consumables bought at retail prices. The audit compares your contracts and rates against the market, identifies vendors that can be consolidated, and checks whether service-level penalties are actually being applied.

FAQs

Audit & Process: common questions

How long does an audit take?

For a single office, on-site work usually takes a few days, followed by the report. Multi-site audits are planned site by site, and we agree on the timeline when we set the scope.

Will the audit disrupt our operations?

Very little. Most of the work is inspection and document review. We schedule interviews and walkthroughs around your team.

Do you also fix the issues you find?

We can. Our facility management, fire safety, pest control and insurance teams can carry out the actions, or your existing vendors can, and we track progress either way.

Can you audit our branches across different cities?

Yes. We use the same checklist at every branch, so results can be compared across the network.
