What integrated facility management covers

Soft services keep the workplace clean, staffed and welcoming: housekeeping, pantry and cafeteria, front office and reception, mailroom, gardening, waste management and pest control.

Hard services keep the building running: electrical systems, air-conditioning, generators and UPS, plumbing, fire systems, and lifts maintained by their manufacturers under service contracts.

Under an integrated contract, one partner manages all of these with one set of service levels and one monthly report, instead of you managing a dozen separate vendors.

Service levels we measure

Compliance that comes with running a facility

A facility manager has to keep a long list of records current. These are the ones auditors and inspectors ask for most:

We keep these on a compliance calendar and report on them every month, so nothing expires unnoticed.

The first 30 days

  1. Site survey and asset register: every piece of equipment, its condition and its service history.
  2. Planned maintenance calendar built from the asset register and manufacturers' schedules.
  3. Standard operating procedures for each service, agreed with your team.
  4. Staff onboarding and training, including site rules and safety.
  5. Reporting set-up: the monthly dashboard, complaint log and escalation contacts.

After mobilisation, you receive monthly reports and quarterly performance reviews where we agree on improvements.

FAQs

Facility Management: common questions

Can you take over our existing vendors?

Yes. We review each vendor's performance and contract, keep the ones that are working, and replace or renegotiate the rest. You deal with one partner either way.

Do you manage multiple sites or branches?

Yes. We manage multi-site portfolios under a single contract with standard service levels and consolidated reporting across locations.

What is the difference between hard and soft services?

Soft services are people-based, like housekeeping, pantry, reception and pest control. Hard services cover building systems, like electrical, air-conditioning, generators, plumbing, fire systems and lifts.

How do you report performance?

Through a monthly dashboard covering service levels, complaints, planned maintenance, compliance status and costs, followed by a quarterly review with your team.
