Pest Control in Western Suburbs
Pest control for homes, housing societies, offices and restaurants along the Western line, from Bandra to Borivali. We use WHO and CIB-approved products and issue a treatment certificate after every visit.
What drives pest problems in the Western Suburbs
The Western line from Bandra to Borivali is a long strip of very different neighbourhoods, and the pest problems change with them.
- Green belts on the east: Sanjay Gandhi National Park and Aarey Colony border Goregaon, Malad, Kandivali and Borivali. Buildings near this edge see more subterranean termites, which travel through soil, and more rodents.
- Creeks and mangroves on the west: The Malad and Gorai creeks and the mangroves around Versova and Oshiwara hold water year-round. Mosquito numbers here climb sharply in the monsoon.
- Commercial corridors: Andheri, Goregaon and Malad have large office parks and thousands of food businesses. These need a planned programme, not one-off sprays, and every visit has to be documented for audits and food-safety inspections.
- Older housing: Bandra, Santacruz and Vile Parle have many societies built decades ago, with wooden fittings and shared drainage. That combination brings termites and cockroaches that keep returning from neighbouring flats.
When to book
The weeks before the monsoon, usually May, are the best time for termite treatment and rodent proofing, because the rains drive both indoors. Mosquito breeding peaks during and just after the monsoon, from July to October, when dengue and malaria cases also rise. Cockroaches and bed bugs are a year-round problem in Mumbai's humidity, so they can be treated whenever you spot them.
